Order

If you have not received an order confirmation after placing your order, it may be due to an incorrect spelling of your email or it being stuck in your spam inbox.

If you can't find it, please email us at: contact@streckart.com or fill out the form on our contact page.

We offer payments by Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX), Klarna, Apple-pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.

It is not possible to change your order once it is confirmed. But if you email us immediately and the print has not been processed yet then we can cancel the order. Thereafter you can place a new order with your desired prints.

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please email us as soon as possible.

However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order. If the order has shipped you have to send the package back at your cost for a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Please note that the posters are printed on demand, but our manufacturer has locations in over 30 countries and we will always aim to get you your poster as fast as possible.

We currently ship to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy, the poster has to be in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that you are responsible to pay for the shipping back to us. 

Send us an email with your order number and we will provide you the return adress. Once the poster has reached us and the condition is checked and approved we will process the full refund.

Issues

Just send us an email with your order number to contact@streckart.com and we will get that resolved as soon as possible.

Don't worry! Email us a picture of the damage with your order number to: contact@streckart.com and we will take care of it.
